Examples of How an API Might Work
- Create a client in your CMS and this will automatically create a client profile within Arken Professional (name, date of birth, address, partner details, contact details, etc)
- Updating your client details in your CMS? This will also automatically update in Arken Professional
- Matter references synced to ensure consistency across both systems
- Once a document is completed, this can be submitted instead of downloaded – sending the documents back into the relevant section within your CMS
