Responsible for: Customer support, research, liaison, administration, and anything else I can assist with.

Where is your favourite place to be? With my family.
Best place you’ve travelled to? Anywhere near Cape Town, South Africa.
Favourite line from a movie? “Carpe diem. Seize the days boys. Make your lives extraordinary.” (Dead Poets Society)
If you could pick anyone, who would be your mentor? Grainne Dunne (Customer Success Manager) – she knows too much!
How would you best describe Arken? Welcoming, professional and huge on legal tech.
This year I will mostly be? Learning.
Anything that would surprise us about you? I’m a qualified Audio Engineer.

If you could meet anyone, who would it be? Leonardo da Vinci.
You’ve had some fantastic experience in legal technology already – could you tell us a bit more about your previous work experience in the sector? I started as a proof-reader and worked my way up to Client Service Manager where aside from my general duties of managing a team and administration I was able to research, test and report on Legal Technology which I really enjoyed. Implementing AI and Technology into business is something I am passionate about.
