Michael Culver is a solicitor and founder of Culver Law Ltd, a specialist private client firm with offices in London, Cambridge and St Albans. A Chartered Tax Adviser and full STEP and ACTAPS member, he is a former Chair of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers and currently chairs the Vulnerable Banking Group. Michael regularly acts as a professional executor, trustee, attorney and Court of Protection deputy, and is the author of The Law of Gifts.

Helen is a multi award-winning lawyer and STEP member specialising in Wills, Trusts, Probate and Property. She leads a nationwide legal team and is Head of Legal for the TAS Network, where she mentors professionals across the sector. Passionate about accessibility, raising standards and driving innovation, Helen is committed to shaping the future of the legal industry.

With experience as a solicitor across several law firms, Krithika brings a strong understanding of the legal profession and valuable practical insight to her role at Arken. She helps ensure Arken’s content is accurate, relevant and easy to understand, drawing on her experience to translate complex legal topics into clear, practical guidance for professionals.
