Arken.legal’s software is updated in line with the latest legislation, which is managed by our Legal Advisory Board and internal Legal team. Software updates and functionality enhancements are implemented outside of office hours on a regular basis.

How many users can I have in Arken Professional? Open

Clients can have an unlimited number of users; charges are based on the number of documents produced per month. There is no additional charge for additional users to enable you to get all the necessary staff involved to speed up the process.

What training is available? Open

All users will receive comprehensive training and support. There are monthly new user training sessions, which are run live, as well as regular complex case conundrum sessions which take clients through different scenarios for Will drafting. Advanced training is also available upon request.

What support is available? Open

Arken provides support through its internal support team, who can be contacted via telephone, email or online chat. 9-5, Monday to Friday. You can create extra paragraphs and save these in the system to put into documents. You can also edit any document using the controlled editing function.
