Customer Experience Consultant

About this role

This role has the responsibility for developing new sales for the company. As an experienced business developer, you will target new clients – within defined market sectors for example law firms, will writers, accountants, and financial advisors – to demonstrate how they can benefit from the Arken product suite.

Your goal is to deliver your personal revenue targets. You are also responsible for contributing to the commercial team performance through collaborating with and supporting team members.

To achieve these targets, you will work closely with the Head of Growth and Head of Customer Engagement to execute and contribute to the company’s strategies in an agile manner as appropriate for a small business.

Key requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer facing oriented roles and preferably in a solution sell environment
  • Strong Account Management experience and abilities
  • Ability to work within a team comprised of customer acquisition and customer experience members, marketing and customer experience (support)
  • Experience of building lasting, high quality and profitable customer relationships
  • Experience of working within a collaborative, customer centric and sales focused agile business
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to new ideas required in a diverse, fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
  • Superb organisation skills, with strong sense of personal responsibility
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic and positive person who thrives in a small-team environment
  • Ability to work at a fast pace
  • Good sense of humour 🙂

Client Engagement Executive

About this role

This role has the responsibility for developing new sales for Estgro within the financial services market. As an experienced business developer, you will prospect new clients – within defined market sectors for example IFA’s, – to demonstrate how they can benefit from the Estgro digital estate planning platform.

Your goal is to deliver your personal revenue target. You are also responsible for contributing to the commercial team performance through collaborating with and supporting team members.

To achieve these targets, you will work closely with the HCE and Head of Growth to execute and contribute to the company’s strategies in an agile manner as appropriate for a small business.

Key requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer facing oriented roles including prospecting and developing new business
  • Strong telesales experience and abilities
  • Ability to work within a team comprised of customer acquisition and customer experience members
  • Experience of relationship and solution selling
  • Experience of working within a collaborative, customer centric and sales focused agile business
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to new ideas required in a diverse, fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
  • Superb organisation skills, with strong sense of personal responsibility
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic and positive person who thrives in a small-team environment
  • Good sense of humour 🙂

Desirable

  • Experience in the financial industry
  • Experience selling in a SaaS or technical business
