The first of a series of case studies that will take you through particular scenarios and workarounds within Arken. The first will tackle a scenario of second marriage with children on both sides from a previous relationship – one of which is a vulnerable beneficiary. This case study looks at providing a life interest to the spouse and then the residuary estate onto the children.
