Our in house Solicitors created and maintain our clauses. Having a maintained and well-written set of clauses reduces the risk of mistakes and saves you time. You can add your own additional clauses to your own clause library and use them as you see fit.

No to both. Arken Professional has all the questions you need, and the intelligent questionnaire will only ever ask for relevant information to create the document. It even tells you when answers are missing. However, you can apply your brand to document

Arken Professional has been created by solicitors, for solicitors. It has mandatory fields and a questionnaire style layout, you can also see your document as you draft, helping you sense check as you go. If you can browse a website and enter information online, you'll be able to use Arken. It's incredibly easy to use.

Just a minute or two. Once you register, you're ready to create documents by providing your business details. That's it. No lengthy set-up process; just sign up and get started.

Yes. Clauses can be manually edited on any documents or new news added into the clause library for regular use if required.

Any drafter in your organisation would have access to Testamentary Trusts - although you can choose who can draft documents.  When you add Arken Lifetime to your subscription, you can go in and choose who does and doesn't have access to this part of the system.   Trust Referencer, the Trust Tax tool, is a licence per user product so only those with licences will be able to access it - although you will be able to allocate your licences through the Arken dashboard. 

The number of documents that can be produced each month is dictated by the plan chosen and document allowances cannot be rolled over. However, there is flexibility and users can easily adjust their plan by speaking with their Customer Success Manager as volumes change.  

Yes, Trust drafting is an integral part of the software and can be drafted in no time at all.  

Every user can see an audit history of the documents produced, helping to streamline and digitally manage the peer review processes.
