Case Conundrums, Anthony Peterson

This case study demonstrates a useful work around in Arken that can be applied in a number of different situations. Ordinarily, once an entire estate has been left in residue to trustees to create a life interest, it is not then possible to split the estate into percentage shares on the termination of the life interest. We demonstrate here how to create a life interest in percentage shares so that when each share terminates it goes to the correct default beneficiary.
