Succeeding him is Anthony Philips, a seasoned technology executive with deep experience in scaling and innovating within high-growth businesses.

Dave Newick has served as CEO during a pivotal period for Arken, driving innovation, expanding its market reach, and strengthening its reputation as a forward-thinking leader in legal tech. His decision to leave Arken reflects a desire to move into non-executive and advisory roles and to explore personal projects.

Incoming CEO Anthony Philips joins Arken with over 20 years of global experience in the technology sector, including leadership roles in digital transformation and business development. His appointment signals Arken’s continued focus on product innovation and expansion.
