Robert Wheeler, Customer Support Executive

When did you start at Arken? Wednesday 5th January.

 

Responsible for: Customer Support.

 

Happiest when: Discovering new gadgets and working with new tech.

 

Where is your favourite place to be? At home with Family, watching a film.

 

Favourite line from a movie? “Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies. – The Shawshank Redemption.

 

If you could pick anyone, who would be your mentor? Keanu Reeves.

 

How would you best describe Arken? Highly experienced in their field with a rapid and exciting growth, and incredibly promising future.

 

This year I will mostly be? Learning the Arken system and applying my experience with customer support.

 

Anything that would surprise us about you? I am a protanopia colourblind and have a 1% colour accuracy. However, I don’t let it hinder me.

 

Top productivity tip? Create a concise list of tasks, and check them off as you pursue them.

 

Something you learned in the last week? A lot of new terminology surrounding Wills.

 

If you could meet anyone, who would it be? Lin-Manuel Miranda.

 

Why have you made the move into legal technology? I have a background with technology but always lacked a challenging subject matter. I find focusing on a new area and leaving my comfort zone an interesting new chapter. Additionally, the routine and formal content of legal works well with my character.
