The National Will Register is designed to ensure no Will is left unknown or untraced at the time it is needed. It has over 10 million Wills recorded on its system and 1 in every 5 Wills is found using their Will Search.

Once you have completed your client’s Will within Arken Professional, you can click a button to push through the key details of the Will and your organisation into The National Will Register’s database. Saving you time on further administration and streamlining your best-practice processes.

How it Works

Once you’ve completed your client’s Will you can send your client’s name, address, the name of your practice/company and the engrossment date over to The National Will Register. All by clicking on one easy button.
When clicking the button for the first time, you’ll be asked to link your account with The National Will Register to your Arken Professional subscription. The software will take you through the steps on how to do this.
The button can be found on the download page for the completed Will.  
When you click the button to send over the information and you have linked your account, the details you provided will be automatically registered for you.  
This can be done on a pay-as-you-go basis (at a 50% discount for Arken clients) or by using the credits for existing National Will Register members.
