Your Team

Jess is one of our Customer Success Managers. She loves relaxing walks with her Corgi, Pedro. After Pedro’s walkies, she enjoys helping her clients make their technology strategies a success. She delivers monthly training sessions for our users too.

Your Team

Rob loves the cinema and all things film, he is part of the first line support team and helps our clients fix IT issues and find their way around our systems.

Lee is a budding musician and talented guitarist. He knows almost everything about Arken’s software and helps our clients with small bug fixes and navigating the software.

Anne Marie is another one of our Customer Success Managers, she loves Rugby and watching her kids play sports. She has over 20 years’ experience in customer service and loves helping clients get the most out of their technology, helping mould it to each clients individual needs.

Paul works in the Product Team at Arken and helps with more complex IT issues. In-between work and his kids, Paul likes to hit the gym. He also improves our products user experience and capabilities.

A keen runner, Harriet is one of our internal Solicitors and is on our Legal Advisory Board. She has been awarded a STEP Worldwide Excellence Award and in 2021 was named as one of Eprivateclient’s Top 35 under 35.

Stacey is another one of our Customer Success Managers, she’s also our resident fashionista. She loves working with clients to find technology solutions that truly benefit their business and helps them achieve their objectives.

Ed is another member of our Product Team and helps with technical issues. He loves computer games and works with clients to learn how we can improve our products. He supports the dev team in implementing improvements.
